Every membership is coached, every membership is programmed for your body, and every one bills the same simple way. What changes between them is how often you train. The right number depends on your week, so we work it out with you rather than selling you a package before we have met.
About the price. Prices are not on this page on purpose. The right number depends on which plan fits your week, and we would rather give you the real figure for your studio than have you guess at it. Ask us and you will have it the same day.
2 sessions a week
Coming back after a long break, or fitting training around a week that does not bend much.
8 sessions in every 4 week cycle
A program written for your body, not a class everybody follows
A coach on the floor every session, setting your weights and watching your form
Movements swapped the day something bothers a knee, shoulder or back
Unused sessions roll over, up to double your plan, so 8 can bank up to 16
Move a session in the booking portal up to 6 hours before it starts
3 sessions a week
The plan most members settle into once training is simply part of the week.
12 sessions in every 4 week cycle
Everything in the 2 a week plan
Enough frequency to progress your lifts rather than maintain them
Your strength work reviewed as you get stronger
Nutrition guidance from the coaches you already train with
4 sessions a week
Training is the anchor of your week and you want the most coached time.
16 sessions in every 4 week cycle
Everything in the 3 a week plan
The most time on the floor with a coach
The fastest progression your body can safely hold
Room in the week to train around a trip without losing your rhythm
How billing works
Memberships bill every 4 weeks, on the card or account you put on file.
Each cycle adds your sessions. Unused ones roll over, up to double your plan, so an 8-session plan can bank up to 16.
Need to move a session? Do it at least 6 hours ahead in the booking portal.
No contract theatrics. If you need to pause or stop, there is a written process and a person to talk to.
Compare
Small group, private, or a regular gym
Three honest options, and what each one is actually good at. Most adults over 40 land in the first column, but not all of them, and we will tell you if you are one of the exceptions.
Small group personal training at Aion Personal Training
Your own program, written for your body and your history
A coach on the floor watching your form every session
A small group that notices when you are not there
Costs a fraction of one-to-one for most of the same attention
Best for: almost everyone over 40 who wants coaching without paying one-to-one rates.
One-to-one private training
The coach's full attention for the whole hour
The most flexible scheduling
Useful when a condition or a rehab plan needs undivided focus
The highest cost per session, by some distance
Best for: a specific situation that genuinely needs a coach to yourself.
A traditional gym membership
The cheapest monthly number on this page
Equipment, and nobody to tell you what to do with it
No program, no progression, no one watching your form
The plan quietly stops happening around week three for most people
Best for: people who already know how to program and stay consistent alone.
Pricing questions
What does a session cost?
The per-session cost drops as the plan gets bigger, so 4 a week costs less per session than 2 a week. The exact range is [low end to confirm] to [high end to confirm] per session, a placeholder we are not going to guess at in public. Ask at your free consultation and you will get the real number for your studio the same day.
Why are the prices not listed on this page?
Because the right plan depends on how many days a week your life can actually hold, and we would rather work that out with you than have you talk yourself out of it against the wrong number. One conversation and you will know exactly what it costs.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Your first consultation is free, and there is nothing to sign on the day. You tell us what you want back, we tell you what we would do and what it costs, and you decide from there.
How does billing work?
Memberships bill every 4 weeks on the card or account you put on file. Each cycle adds your sessions, and unused ones roll over up to double your plan, so an 8-session plan can bank up to 16.
What if I need to miss a session?
Move it in the booking portal at least 6 hours before the start time and the session stays yours. Inside 6 hours it is used up, which is what keeps the small groups small enough to coach.
Can I change how often I train?
Yes. People move between 2, 3 and 4 a week as their year changes. Tell your coach and we will move you at the start of a cycle rather than mid-month.
Is it the same price at both studios?
Ask us for the current plans at the studio you would train at, and we will send them to you the same day.
