Questions, Answered

How do I book or reschedule a session?

You are automatically booked into your assigned training days, so you do not have to do anything to keep your regular spots. If you need to move a session, do it on the booking portal at least 6 hours ahead, up to two weeks out. If a full session opens up, our system texts the waitlist automatically.

What if I have to cancel a session?

Life happens. If you cancel inside 6 hours of your start time, or you no-show, that session is used up, with no refund or reschedule. If a real emergency keeps you from making the window, text us and we will work with you.

How do I change my training days?

Text your studio with your current day and time, the time you would prefer, and anything else we should know. Because your days are tied to small-group spots, a coach confirms the switch rather than it happening automatically, so every session stays balanced.

What if I am traveling?

Short trips are easy. Use the freeze option for longer ones, or make up missed sessions when you are back. In the meantime, keep moving with the At-Home & Travel Workout and the Aion Stretch Routine. Reach out and we will find the cleanest option for your dates.

The Aion Story

I built this because I needed it too

Aion didn’t start as a business idea. It started in one of the lonelier stretches of my life.

I’d played football for years, and by the time I was done my body had collected the bill… shoulders and hips and back. Around that same time most of my friends had scattered off to other states and countries, and I was on my own in a way I hadn’t been before. So I started going to the gym two, sometimes three times a day. There was no real plan behind it. I just wanted to be around people.

And something shifted in those rooms. I felt how much community heals you when you’re low… and how much it changes you to take care of your body in a way that’s kind to it instead of punishing.

I won’t pretend that stretch was clean. I was fighting my own battle with food and with how I saw myself, swinging between restricting and bingeing for a long time before I found steady ground. I know now how lonely that fight gets & how little it actually has to do with willpower.

That’s the whole reason Aion exists. I wanted somewhere you could take care of yourself and feel better about who you are, no matter what you’re carrying that day. A room where you get to cheer someone else on and get out of your own head for an hour. Where nobody’s keeping score on how your body looks & nobody’s quietly judging.

You show up where you are, as you are, and you’re welcome here.

So if you’re reading this as one of our members… welcome. I’m glad you walked in, and you should be proud of yourself for taking that step.
